Blame it on your Parents!
We all change as we get older and the habits we inherited from our parents are carried with us, in our heads, in our bodies and in our lifestyle. Make peace with your body and mind Going to bed late. Snacking on sweets for comfort. Overeating the convenience foods. Procrastinating. Not enjoying exercise or physical activities that can delay or prevent problematic health conditions. We all have them. You don't want to be perfect, you just want to look better. Feel better. Control your eating habits so that you don't feel bad about yourself. You want to be at peace with your body and mind. Gaining or losing? I have spent years helping individuals conquer their weight loss challenges with their unconscious mind and habits. Beliefs around making a change are installed in all of us. Habits become part of our self image. Our self belief. We believe it is a part of us, and it would be painful to lose a part of us, wouldn't it?
