I have a 6 step coaching program that can help you 

• clarify your goals
• plan strategies for achievement
• maintain focus on your vision, goals and objectives
• document your progress

​ You don't have to share all your goals or intentions with me. Once you have learnt the process, I can support you in putting it into practice and keep you accountable as you develop your plans independently.
Minimum of 6 sessions required.  45 to 60 minutes each. Virtual online sessions only.
Fees are £30 per session.
