Welcome to Metamorphasis Hypnotherapy. I am a registered mental health nurse and clinical hypnotherapist in the West Midlands, UK. Hypnotherapy is an excellent treatment for anxiety and promoting healthy habits and lifestyle especially if you are having difficulty in stopping smoking, losing weight or dealing with the fears, anxiety, stress and phobias that affect your confidence and achievements.
